THE RESET™ is a structured, floor-based, 90-minute in-person experience designed to help your system feel safe, regulated, and internally reassured.

• This is not therapy.
• There is no group participation required.
• Nothing is forced.

This is a guided nervous system experience designed to help soften long-standing emotional patterns and support the restoration of internal stability.

You will be guided step-by-step through a professionally sequenced experience that includes:

• Light standing movement to release surface tension
• Slow, breath-based flow to restore internal rhythm
• Gentle alignment work to support energetic balance
• A short breath regulation bridge to signal safety to the nervous system
• A guided hypnotic descent while lying comfortably on your mat
• Subconscious reinforcement focused on internal safety, emotional reassurance, and self-support

The relaxation portion takes place in a calm, softly lit environment.

You remain aware and in control at all times.

Please bring:

• A yoga mat
• A small blanket
• Water
• Optional pillow

A limited number of mats will be available.

Doors close once the guided relaxation begins to preserve the environment.

Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early to settle in and prepare for the session.

Facilitated by Jillian Levy, Licensed Brain Health Trainer and Certified Applied Hypnotherapist with advanced training in neuroscience, including a Certificate of Completion in Neuroscience for Business from MIT.
