During the experience, you’ll be guided through a simple three phase process designed to help release tension, bring the body into deep relaxation, and support a positive mental reset.
Phase 1
Release Tension
Gentle movement and breathwork help the body release stored stress.
Phase 2.
Deep Relaxation
Participants lie comfortably on their mats while being guided into a calm, steady state.
Phase 3.
Mental Reset
Supportive hypnotic suggestions reinforce calm, clarity, and emotional balance.
