What is The Reset™

The Reset™ is a 90-minute, in-person guided experience that combines gentle movement, breathwork, deep relaxation, and subconscious-level suggestion to help your mind and body shift out of stress and into calm.

You do not have to talk, share, or have any prior experience. You remain aware and in control the entire time.

How The Reset Works

During the experience, you'll be guided through a simple three-phase process designed to help release tension, bring the body into deep relaxation, and support a meaningful internal reset.

Phase 1
Release Tension

Gentle movement and breathwork help the body begin releasing stored stress and surface-level tension.

Phase 2.
Regulate & Settle

You are guided into a calmer internal state so your system can begin to feel safe, steady, and less reactive.

You remain aware and in control throughout the entire experience.

 Phase 3.
Restore Calm

Gentle subconscious-level guidance supports clarity, emotional steadiness, and a deeper sense of control.
