The Reset™ Structure
During the experience, you’ll be guided through a simple three-phase process designed to help release tension, bring the body into deep relaxation, and support a meaningful internal reset.
Phase 1
Release Tension
Gentle movement and breathwork help the body begin releasing stored stress and surface-level tension.
Phase 2
Regulate & Settle
You are guided into a calmer internal state so your system can begin to feel safe, steady, and less reactive.
You remain aware and in control throughout the entire experience.
Phase 3
Restore Calm
Gentle subconscious-level guidance supports clarity, emotional steadiness, and a deeper sense of control.

Jillian Levy is a Licensed Brain Health Trainer and Certified Applied Hypnotherapist, with a Certificate of Completion in Neuroscience for Business from MIT.
She combines nervous system education with structured hypnotherapeutic guidance to create calm, grounded experiences that support regulation and steadiness.
