During the experience, you’ll be guided through a simple three-phase process designed to help release tension, bring the body into deep relaxation, and support a meaningful internal reset.

Gentle movement and breathwork help the body begin releasing tension, stagnation, and emotional weight.

Regulate & Support
You are guided into a calmer internal state where your system can feel held, supported, and less alone.
You remain aware and in control throughout the entire experience.
