The Reset™ Structure
During the experience, you’ll be guided through a simple three-phase process designed to help release tension, bring the body into deep relaxation, and support a meaningful internal reset.
Phase 1
Release Held Grief
Gentle movement and breathwork help the body begin softening emotional holding, tension, and heaviness.
Phase 2
Regulate & Be Held
You are guided into a calmer internal state so your system can feel supported and less alone.
You remain aware and in control throughout the entire experience.
Phase 3
Create Space for Healing
Gentle subconscious-level guidance supports emotional processing, compassion, and steadiness within the grief.

Jillian Levy is a Licensed Brain Health Trainer and Certified Applied Hypnotherapist, with a Certificate of Completion in Neuroscience for Business from MIT.
She combines nervous system education with structured hypnotherapeutic guidance to create calm, grounded experiences that support regulation and steadiness.
