During the experience, you’ll be guided through a simple three-phase process designed to help release tension, bring the body into deep relaxation, and support a meaningful internal reset.

Gentle movement and breathwork help the body begin discharging tension, frustration, and reactive energy.

Regulate & Create Space
You are guided into a calmer internal state so your system can feel less threatened and more steady.
You remain aware and in control throughout the entire experience.

Gentle subconscious-level guidance supports emotional control, inner clarity, and a greater ability to respond instead of react.

Jillian Levy is a Licensed Brain Health Trainer and Certified Applied Hypnotherapist, with a Certificate of Completion in Neuroscience for Business from MIT.
She combines nervous system education with structured hypnotherapeutic guidance to create calm, grounded experiences that support regulation and steadiness.
