How The Reset Works

During the experience, you’ll be guided through a simple three-phase process designed to help release tension, bring the body into deep relaxation, and support a meaningful internal reset.

Phase 1
Release Emotional Overload

Gentle movement and breathwork help the body begin releasing absorbed tension, pressure, and emotional residue.

Phase 2
Regulate & Strengthen

You are guided into a steadier internal state so your system can feel safer holding a boundary.

You remain aware and in control throughout the entire experience.

Phase 3
Restore Self-Protection

Gentle subconscious-level guidance supports inner clarity, self-respect, and a stronger sense of emotional separation.
